We’re looking for a driven, commercially-minded individual to serve as the strategic and creative backbone of our sales process. The role involves developing compelling, insight-driven, and visually engaging sales solutions and pitch materials. You will support commercial growth by translating client needs and market opportunities into persuasive narratives that drive revenue and elevate our market position. The role supports overall consistency in all sales team materials and you will be an essential and fully integrated member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to create, design, and optimise sales decks for client pitches and internal use, ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the commercial team to bring sales ideas to life in presentations; advise on deck structure, storytelling, and layout.
- Participate in idea generation sessions, helping to shape how we pitch our solutions to prospective clients.
- Work with the Head of Agency and Direct Sales to incorporate audience insights, competitive positioning, market trends, and campaign performance data to strengthen proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and translate them into new pitch ideas and proactive sales narratives.
- Support the sales team in preparing award entries with strong narrative and visuals.
- Manage LinkedIn and other social channels content for the sales team to boost engagement and visibility of their work and offering.
- Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality.
- Align closely with the Heads of Agency & Direct Sales to track win rates and pitch effectiveness, with KPIs tied directly to new business success.

You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently, but you love collaborating with teams to shape the way big ideas are brought to life.
- 3+ years of experience in publisher sales support, commercial design, or media/agency environments.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint & Pitch with a strong design sensibility (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva a plus).
- A clear understanding of how to sell ideas visually and strategically.
- Previous experience working in a sales team, pitch environment or similar commercial function.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- Highly motivated and collaborative, with a team-first mindset.
